I get sick every time I come to this IHOP. Since the new owners took over, this place has gone downhill. Very rare to see this place with a full parking lot, I wonder why...

Casey is always our server and she is always 100% with us! Best waitress ever! We drive very far just to come here! The food is great and everyone is so polite! Thank you!

Wow... the first sign it was time to leave was the amount of flies... swarming the tables in the back they choose to sit us in...I was right then trying to check the health score.. I could not find it posted anywhere in the building... I tried to talk my friends to leave but they were hungry... the waitress said she has no idea where the flies are coming from they won't leave... because she heard me saying no telling what the kitchen looks like if it's this bad out here... the food... I took a risk just got a blt... my bread was burnt to hell and back on one side... the fruit (I used to work at edible arrangements I know fruit) the fruit was old... pineapple mushy... the waitress kept messing up our order... then couldn't seem to get the tickets right. . Crack kills btw... and then when I said are you the manager to the manager he got an attitude.. esp when I said yall need to work on it here the food sucks... the flies.. he stopped me and said there are no flies... I busted out laughing and said yeah okay have a great day and walked out... because I didn't want to start a scene and get arrested for telling these people off... I would never eat there again... I'm from montgomery al our ihop sucks... but is wayyyy better than anything I tasted at this nasty fly infested building... I want to call the health department. .. because no telling how many fly eggs where in the eggs... peace out rude manager...

Hi, I was there today and we ordered our food, like 20 min later (finally) it arrived. All the food was frozen and had no flavor. Also I was eating their pancakes it had a hair! It wasn't mine because it was under the pancake. So if you go there your basically gonna eat crap! AT YOUR OWN RISK! *I have warned you and I am not responsible for anything. Side effects:Vomiting or stomach pain! I hope you guys listen. Also the waitress was an annoying person screaming from the bathroom to you it was weird(exaggerating) but still.... Thank you

My wife and I have been to many IHOP all over the US. This is by far the worst. They finally managed to serve deep frozen strawberries.

We waited about 40 minutes timed to get our food. Granted, it was very crowded. We had a trainee server, they apologized for the long wait. The omelette I ordered came out hot, and it was pretty nice. The pancakes however, were not that good. The strawberry sauce and strawberries were mushy and mediocre at best. The few slices of banana on top were okay. I probably won't be back to this particular iphop because of the wait time.

Good lord, fire this manager. A dozen customers and my crew waited 30 minutes to sit at noon on Sunday. There were at least a dozen clean and empty tables waiting. Servers and cooks are getting it right. Management and hosts are failing miserably. The front host does have a nice 3 point broken crayon shot, unfortunately he was not so good at getting butts in seats. Manager, pull your head out of your fifth point of contact!

Went today again. Wish I could give zero stars. They totally forgot my order and a quick bite with the bf turned into a 2 1/2 hour wait for an omelette and some pancakes. Worst part - we were seated right next to the kitchen in full view of our server. Never again.

I've been all around the country and its sad to say that this is the worst Ihop I have ever been to. The service is rarely good. I would go to Waffle House if I had a choice everytime before I go to this particular Ihop.

Blehh! IHOP has gone down hill in service and up hill in their pricing, why? I thought IHOP was supposed to be for the poor man's wallet, but I guess not so much anymore. I ordered the Colorado omelet, I think it ran about $8.99-$9.99. It is the omelet with all the different types of meat in it, sausage, ham, shredded beef, bacon, cheese, bell peppers, onions, etc... It came out dry, all the meat was sticking out of it every which way and it was dry and hard, what is this, I asked myself? Service was terrible our waitress would just leave us hanging for eternity it seemed. IHOP used to be one of those places where you get in,get fed, and you leave without breaking your wallet and overall would have a pretty nice experience. No not this IHOP. Don't go here, it is a waste of time and money. Blehh!

So we (3) schlepped to IHOP for late breakfast a few days ago. You could take cultures of the tiny examples of bad human behavior there and grow them Petri dishes, and and come out with visible monstrosities of human nature. If you weren't looking, or engaged in conversation, you wouldn't have caught the staff on staff bullying of the older Panamanian server. She started out at our table smiling, taking our orders by charming her perfectly acceptable English with pepperings of Spanish ["Y Usted?"], which I might have prompted by ordering in my rickety Spanish. By the time the debacle was over, both M and S had wrong orders, the other waitresses were all but bitch-slapping out little grandmotherly waitress, and the manager had come, pulled the ticket, and said "See? this is what your server put in--she wrote it that way..." In an obvious attempt to grind what was left of her dignity into the ground, and save the management's ass. Just after that, "B", our server came back to us, with an expression like a horse whose trainer has finally broken its spirit, she sighed, apologized and asked if there was anything she could do? We reassured her she did fine. She had *just* stepped back to the kitchen, but that didn't stop another waitress from coming and saying, "I'll take some of these dishes, I don't know where SHE went". If I had my wits about me, I should have been a half decent person and told the staff to back off. I didn't go to see a bunch of catty waitresses gang up on an immigrant waitress. I just wanted some friggin' pancakes. She came back, took one of those deep sighs, like all she wanted to do was go home to Panama and said "Ees jes one of those days". Call me a bleeding heart, call me what you will, I felt emabarrassed for those who represented women and my country. WAY TO GO to show someone American kindness and, oh yeah - where's that "Southern Hospitality"? I GET it was busy. I GET staff was in the weeds trying to keep up. But who the fuck do you think you are [as a manager] letting service staff make someone their punching bag, especially when she doesn't have the advantage of speaking the native language? All I could think to do was stand up and hug her and tell her "todo estare bien, no le preocupe", and slip her an extra bill. M added to her tip, too, sweet as he his. Because there really only one way to show someone appreciation that counts in this world, and that's with cash. [Remember that, the next time your company tries to stroke your ego with cutesie little mugs, engraved pens, or day planners. They appreciate you? They give cash. Period]. I won't go back. Because the wait-time was waaay over the estimated time. Because S' and M's orders were wrong both in *what* was ordered and *how* to be cooked. Because there was staff-on-staff rudeness to our server that was nothing short of schoolyard bullying. There were about 6 other little things that were annoying that could have been done better. But humans stepping over other humans' souls so they can get ahead, and making it a spectacle, even in a two-bit joint like IHOP, is plenty to write here.

Always some drama here. Last time there was a bad odor from water damage. Now we had to wait 25 minutes because a section was closed because there weren't enough servers.
